Fish and Chip Butty

My friend, Rita, and I took a trip to a beautiful, coastal town in England called Sidmouth. This is where I had my first fish and chip butty. I’m always in search of the best fish and chips while on vacation with my family. This particular dish sealed the deal for me as the best one so far. The chips are sandwiched between two pieces of buttered, white bread. Of course, you must add some ketchup to complete this butty. The beer-battered fish adds a nice, golden brown color and crispy texture. I hope you make lots of memories with your family and friends while making this classic dish. Enjoy!
