Bloody Mary
Serves 4-6
Ingredients for Bloody Mary
- 20 oz of tomato juice
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of pickle juice
- ⅛ cup of worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons of tabasco sauce
- 3 teaspoons of horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of celery seed
- 1 teaspoon of coarse black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
Ingredients for Rimmer
- 2 teaspoons of worcestershire powder
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of celery seed
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions for Bloody Mary
- 1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a shaker.
- 2. Add your favorite vodka (my ratio is 4 oz of mix to 2 oz of vodka), shake and serve in your favorite cocktail glass rimmed with my blood mary rimmer. You can add any of your favorite toppings. I like celery sticks, blue cheese stuffed olives, cornichons and a lemon slice.
Directions for Rimmer
- 1. Mix together in a small bowl until combined. Place on a plate and rub the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge to moisten. Dip the rim into the mixture and fill your glass with the bloody mary mix.
